Return and Refund Policy for CosmeticsCity

At CosmeticsCity, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchases. Because our products are personal care and cosmetic items, we follow these guidelines for returns and refunds:

1. Returns & Exchanges

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns for items that are:

  • Unused and Unopened: Products must be in their original, sealed packaging.
  • Damaged or Defective: If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used makeup, skincare, or beauty tools.
  • Sale/Clearance items.
  • Items without original packaging.

3. How to Initiate a Return

If your item is eligible for a return, please contact us at support@cosmeticcity.pk with:

  1. Your Order Number.
  2. Clear photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect item.
  3. A brief description of the issue.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method or as a store credit, within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
