We ship to all major cities and towns across Pakistan.
2. Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping: Rs. 300 - 350 (may vary based on weight and location).
3. Delivery Time
- Karachi: 3 - 4 business days.
- Other Major Cities (Lahore, Islamabad, etc.): 6 - 7 business days.
- Remote Areas: 1 - 2 weeks.
- Note: During sales or public holidays, delivery might take slightly longer.
4. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation.
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message/email with your tracking details.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery for all orders. Please ensure the exact amount is ready at the time of delivery to avoid any inconvenience.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please do not accept it or record a video while unboxing. Notify us within 24 hours at support@cosmeticcity.pk or via WhatsApp.
